Heading east from the city centre go over the Myton Bridge to the Myton roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout and follow the road straight down (A1033). Go straight ahead on all roundabouts that you reach (southhcoates, Northern gateway, Marfleet & Somerden) until you reach the Salt End round about. Take the second exit (sign posted Withernsea, Patrington & Hedon) and follow the road until you come to a smaller roundabout near the co-operative. Take the second exit and go straight onto Hull Road.
Continue on Hull Road and the development is just on the right hand side after the Pelican crossing next to Merryman Garth.
