Heading east from the city centre go over the Myton Bridge to the Myton roundabout. Take the second exit at the roundabout and follow the road straight down (A1033 ). Go straight ahead on all roundabouts that you reach (southhcoates, Northern gateway, Marfleet & Somerden) until you reach the Salt End round about. Take the second exit (sign posted Withernsea, Patrington & Hedon) and follow the road until you come to a smaller roundabout near the co-operative. Take the second exit and go straight onto Hull Road.
Continue on the Hull Road taking the left down St Augustines Gate. Continue to the end and turn right at the Kings Head down Magdalen and then take the first right onto Baxtergate. The development is near the end of the street on the left hand side.
