Going east leaving Lincoln City Centre follow the B162 until you come to a set of traffic lights. Turn right at the lights on to St Marys Street (signposted Skegness). Continue forward, then merge onto Melville street on the A15 (signposted Humber Bridge, Scunthorpe). At the traffic lights turn right onto the Outer Circle Road the B1308 (signposted Outer Circle). As you turn left you enter Carlton Boulevard.
