Burton Waters is positioned between the main A57 (Lincoln to Worksop) route – linking to the A1, and the waterway links of the Rivers Trent and Witham.
The development is only a few minutes drive away from the A46 (Lincoln bypass) which gives easy access to Newark and the London railway network.
The frequent service from Newark means London is a mere 1.5 hours train journey away.
The City of Lincoln with its variety of amenities is only a couple of miles by water from the main marina channel at Burton Waters. The development is linked, via the Fossdyke Navigation Canal, to the important Brayford Pool in the centre of the City itself.
