The Quays at Burton Waters is just off the A57 (Lincoln to Newark/Sheffield route) less than five miles from the centre of Lincoln.
The A1 and A15 are within easy reach and both Robin Hood Doncaster Sheffield Airport and Humberside Airport are approximately 30 miles from Burton Waters.
Burton Waters is also less than 20 miles from Newark for mainline rail services to London, which is a one and a half hour train journey away.
The marina is linked via the Fossdyke Navigation Canal to Lincoln’s Brayford Pool only a few miles south – close enough to commute by water or enjoy an evening out by boat – and, from there, onwards to the River Witham, through Boston and out to the North Sea.
