Expecting their first child, Rachelle Bell and Tim Wilkinson purchased a new home at The Nunings, Beal Homes’ Nafferton development, and the proud parents have now welcomed their beautiful baby daughter Niamh home to their smart village property.

Rachelle, from Driffield, had happy memories of living and going to school in Nafferton as a child and, with baby Niamh on the way, the Wolds village seemed the ideal place for a family home.
