Stallingborough - Last homes for sale at Poacher’s Rise

With building work almost complete and just eight homes still available for sale, Beal is keen for house hunters to come along and see how Poacher’s Rise has shaped up.

“Poacher’s Rise is looking very good now and people who visited at an earlier stage may like to take another look,” said Sue Waudby, Beal Homes’ sales and marketing director.

The majority of the properties at Poacher’s Rise off Station Road are already occupied.  First time buyers Emma Ashworth from Healing and Darren Hanslip from Immingham moved in at the end of July.

Explaining what attracted them to Poacher’s Rise, Emma said, “The location really appealed to us.  Stallingborough is a lovely, quiet village with a very good primary school for my son Jack and, as we both work in the Immingham area, it’s very convenient for work.”

Emma and Darren chose one of Beal’s Rosedale house types, a three bedroom semi-detached property overlooking open countryside to the rear.  “The Rosedale is a perfect sized starter home with plenty of room for the three of us and a good sized garden,” she commented.

Beal has just two semi-detached Rosedales left at Poacher’s Rise priced at £136,995.  Other three bedroom properties include the Burniston at £144,995 and the Denby dormer bungalow from £154,995.

The larger, detached properties have already been snapped up.  However Beal’s smart Thornton show home, with its professionally designed interior and lots of show home extras, including co-ordinated carpets, laminate flooring, ceramic tiles, curtains, blinds, bedding and top of the range kitchen with appliances, is still available.  Set in a large plot in a prime location this Thornton has a double garage and is priced at £249,995.

Finally, a detached Escrick dormer bungalow with detached garage is for sale at £209,995.  The Escrick has a desirable corner cul-de-sac position and gardens around three sides with a number of newly planted silver birch trees forming part of the front landscaping and several mature trees to the rear.
First time buyer packages, mortgage finder and part exchange services
Emma Ashworth and Darren Hanslip took advantage of Beal Homes’ First Time Buyer Package - Beal pays a five per cent deposit, £500 towards legal fees and £250 towards the reservation fee.

For qualifying house hunters with a home to sell Beal offers its Home Exchange part exchange service and Smooth Move property marketing scheme.

To help home buyers find the best mortgage product for their individual needs Beal can arrange free mortgage advice through an independent mortgage adviser with access to more than 100 mortgage providers.

The Thornton show home and sales and marketing suite at Poacher’s Rise is open Thursday to Monday, 10am to 5pm.
