WILLERBY - Apartment scheme set for December ‘topping out’

With three of the eighteen apartments already sold ‘off plan’ Beal is pushing ahead with the apartment building, which will occupy a commanding position overlooking the garden square of the St George’s Court development off Great Gutter Lane East in the West Hull village.

He said, “Homes at our Willerby development have sold very well and, now that all the houses are sold, the time is right to build the apartments. We have a very good level of interest with potential buyers keen to see the show apartment, which will open in March.”
St George’s will have an attractive ivory Portland stone-style ground floor façade similar to the smart houses to the front of the Willerby development. One and two bedroom apartments will be on four flours with lift access via two impressive entrances.
