Beal Homes reports that all but one of the houses at St George’s Court in Willerby are now sold, though apartments are under construction and will be launched soon for buyers keen to live in this desirable west Hull village.
St George’s Court has proved a popular choice, with two of the first early purchasers in 2010 even having bought twice at the garden square development on Great Gutter Lane East.

Having purchased a Richmond in October 2010, Mrs Berridge has since moved into a Hovingham. “Though I chose to downsize, I have a growing family to entertain and so was attracted by the Hovingham’s larger kitchen dining room,” said Barbara. “As I don’t have a car, being so near the shops is handy. I have been completely happy here over the last year, all the people are so nice. St George’s Court is a lovely place to live.”
