The Beal Homes story started over 40 years ago when two brothers, John and Raymond Beal, started Beal Developments Ltd. Their first project was a house and two shops in the East Riding town of Hedon – and they never looked back.
Throughout the 1970s, the business continued to flourish by undertaking developments throughout Hull and the surrounding villages. Richard Beal, joined the Company in 1987 and was appointed Managing Director in 1996. A major stepping stone came in 1986 with the completion of 199 homes in the village of Preston. Nine years later, Beal Homes became the first developer to build homes in the Kingswood area of Hull and in 2003, realised a long-held aspiration to develop in Lincolnshire.
From small beginnings, Beal Homes has become one of East Yorkshire and Lincolnshire’s leading developers. Today, the business has grown into a portfolio of Beal-owned companies that focus on residential
and commercial developments, land dealing, farming and managing land in agricultural use.
Whilst the Company has dramatically expanded over the years, Beal Homes continues to be a family-owned and run business with their core value of providing unparalleled customer service remaining the same.
