Materials
Where possible building materials are chosen for their low waste and eco friendliness. We use timber from sustainable and managed sources as well as non-toxic water-based paints whenever possible. From returning pallets and containers to efficient skip management and on-site waste processing, we put recycling as a top priority.
Local suppliers
We try to source locally to reduce our transport carbon footprint as well as support the local economy.
Ecology
Beal Developments takes every step possible to protect the natural environment surrounding a new site. Our experts carefully survey each area intensively and carefully design the development to be in close harmony with the neighbourhood at minimal or no disruption to the local ecology and wildlife.
Energy efficiency
We aim to not only deliver an energy efficient home to our customers to reduce their bills, but to also leave a home that has a minimal impact on the environment and is as carbon neutral as possible.
